Shipping Policy

At Freckled Face Gifting, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

Processing Time:
Orders not containing personalised items are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Personalised or made-to-order items may take slightly longer and usually dispatched within 2-4 business day.

During peak gifting seasons (like Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day), please allow a little extra time for processing.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $15.00 (Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $19.00 (Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days)

These shipping rates are subject to change at anytime based on carrier pricing.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

Currently Shipping To: New Zealand

International Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $35.00 (Estimated delivery: 2-7 business days)

Customs & Import Fees:
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays

We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally delays can happen due to weather, peak periods, or courier issues beyond our control. We'll always keep you updated.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details.

Damages Caused by Shipping Carrier

Once your order has been dispatched, any damage that occurs during transit is unfortunately beyond our control. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch with us straight away.
