In the space provided include persons name or initials (Max 10 letters), chosenembroidery design (if applicable) and any special thread colour requests (if applicable), (e.g. Nicole, Birth Flower, June, name in same thread colour as the flower) We will use the thread colour requested as a base and match the rest as best suited to the base colour.
