• If no font or thread colour is specified, we’ll choose the default option that best complements your item. 
• If no design is specified, we'll embroider only the name provided.
• Kindly double-check the spelling, as your item will be embroidered exactly as provided.
• Made-to-order item: refunds and returns are not permitted
• The longer the name the shorter in height embroidery will be.
• Allow 2-4 days production time from ordering date (this excludes shipping time).
